Eligibility and Randomisation

STAMPEDE2 aims to randomise 2476 patients into Comparison S (SABR) and 1756 patients into Comparison P (¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617). However, these are only the estimated numbers of patients that are likely to be recruited.

For inclusion in the trial, patients must meet the general inclusion criteria. A STAMPEDE2 trial ID number will be created when the patient is registered. Then additionally for patient randomisation into each comparison, there are also set eligibility criteria. The STAMPEDE2 eligibility criteria (and exclusion criteria) are listed below:
